Crown Store Locking Screen

Each time I purchase an item (so far only tried flaming logs) from crown store, the entire screen locks up and I can't do anything. I have to use task manager to shut the game down. It happened twice. Won't be trying for a third.

    Same here I purchased a fireplace log set and candles and each time I clicked purchase it would purchase it then lock me up. I've had to force close the game both times. @ZOS_GinaBruno any solution? I won't buy anything else for my house from the crown store if this keeps up, it takes to much time to have to force close and reload the game.

    This also happens with one of the pillar candles. I had bought other items without issue, so it seems to only be certain ones. I don't have enough crowns to check and find them all :) Hopefully it gets fixed soon...I need a few more candles.
