✭I don't care about Homestead.I care about homestead in that the cost of the island I fell in love with is more than I can justify spending on an in game accessory, so I've bought fallout 4 and am taking a semi-break from eso.
I've prepared my characters to go into low maintenance crafting mode, so I can do crafting writs, get some master writs and hopefully have enough gold to buy a huge house when morrowind is released.
P.s. I have enough gold for a large house, and enough RL cash for a crown manor, but for some reason I have decided to protest homestead, even though I know it won't change anything.#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.1 -

I don't know if the crowns I have saved are going for the house, but in calculating all the achievement items I want to buy, plus the actual gold cost of the houses, it only came to a little under 900,000 gold. So I saved more than that, just in case. Anyway I don't want to be at zero when I'm done buying it up.0 -

They will surely make a little money on it considering Rakeipa were so cheap before and now they will be in demand, but that's just normal flipping. Buying out some kiosks doesn't mean they have cornered the market, because they haven't limited supply. Anyone with a craft bag probably has about a bajillion of them. They weren't worth selling before, so they accumulated.
The amount of money they make will be limited. Honestly, they would have been better off using their time to pick flowers. Speculation is a risky business that can cut both ways.

But I have no need of cosmetic only content, such as Homestead.
As previously mentioned, after players will waste their gold on homes, furnitures etc, they will get bored and realize what a mistake they did.
I suggest to buy the small home first and see if it suits you before jumping in and buying all homes at once.
It gets really boring after finishing the home(PTS experience).
Homestead is a gold sink, maybe a very nice, clever and long grind but still a gold sink.
Even whales with hundreds of millions of gold agree that Homestead is a gold sink with no actual use(except RP ofc).
The market prices will drop so low after Homestead since most players will cast their gold into the void.
I'm sure Sithis will be pleased
