It was really long on PTS, hope today's maintenance is going to be faster

    There is never an ETA on when maintenance is done.

    DEFIANTLY before 2020 but id say less than 18 hours that's the longest I've experienced I'm guessing... 8 hrs+- 3 hours depending on the accuracy of their answer to the answer of:
    What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow? both African and European!

    They have actually posted estimated time before on these forums... let's just say it ran over the couple of hours they said they still needed after their initial ETA.

    I'm calling 10-12hrs ;)

    but what about the unladen swallows and their air speed velocities who will calculate them now!?!? :'(

    Kai said in the German Forum that they have problems with the EU server and it'll take some time till the servers are back online. He didn't mention anything about the US server so no eta either

    Why is the English Forum effectively the US Forum and the German Forum effectively the EU Forum. @ZOS_GinaBruno

    We never get any information about anything unless Kai said something in the German Forum and someone who doesn't work for ZOS happens to run over here to tell us.

    Same happened last year with the EU data center HW upgrade downtime.

    Question is also how many patches there after to fix all the stuff that got missed in first round of debugging. So dont go to crazy building new empires - for now at least for the first day or 2.

    Last time they when they patched the game they found a "NEW !" critical error and the overall maintenance took like 24 H + :open_mouth:
