ilander✭✭✭People use the morph with the damage reduction etc in duelling due to the fact that it is cheap and it is a pretty good buff for the ulti cost.
Beyond that, it is used in PvP groups as well so there is most definitely a use for it, just perhaps not what you are seeking for your kind of play.Most Averagest Player EU PvP - More averager than you'll ever be.. GUARANTEED!0 -

That whole fight is a resource management game. Having it as a cheapish ultimate for that fight lets me use my magicka for other things like Purge (or heavy attack to restore it).Why be normal when you can be better?

✭✭Its an insanely strong ultimate for 1vX or small group play. You can literally sit in a few destro ults and not get a scratch. The Major Protection is very strong on top of shields as a Sorc and the Major Force (although only a shadow of its former self come Homestead) is very good if built correctly. Overall? One of my favorite defensive ultimates.@ Izaki #PCEU
