Accidental guild leadership transfer

Hi, I encountered a brief lag spike and accidentally promoted someone to GM of my guild Freyah. I've asked the person to transfer it back but either he doesn't understand english, doesn't listen, or doesn't check his mail. I wanted promote him to officer to allow him to invite more players. Is there any way to get leadership returned to my character Doshii? Thank you
