No Access Code sent to my email and no response from customer support - please help

Hi,

I am trying to reactivate my account after not playing for awhile, and I know my login and password but it's asking for an access code. No access code has come to my email. I've tried multiple times the past two days and opened tickets with customer support but no one has responded.


Incident: 170203-001019

Can you please help me? I just want to play again. :(

    I know how you feel, same with me, no one is helping me with access code issue here.

    ive had to re install my OS 3 times and this time, no access code is being sent to my email address. that and I can't log into my website account either because that wants a access code, and I can't fill in the account recovery either as I suffer with episodic memory loss due to epilepsy too so I can't fill in date account created information either... anyways enough of me waffling.. talking too much.

    hope it gets fixed soon.
