And when this is the case, the last thing that matters is min/maxing. The skill lines and passives do not matter as much as the theme surrounding the class, which we already know (frost and nature magic, animal companions).Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
