P.S.: and Wrath passive have visual bug when it dissapear upon reaching max stacks.

Was block allowing your stamina to regen or did it have no cost? Slightly confused about what is going here

Hard to say if there really is a bug here.

Even with DW, if you put enchants on jewelry, Block Cost CP and have 7 Sturdy gear, you can bring block cost down to 712 stamina.

They could be using Bloodthorn+Black Rose to passively return stamina too.

EDIT: Doesn't look like Black Rose because Constitution restored 1255 Stamina.

It is visible on video taht block costs 1511 stamina while Constitution return 1255 stamina each 4 sec. Everyone who dueled on pts 2.7.4 experience it. While magicka blocking with frost staff is not bugged. Recorded bug on a friend's request yesterday so I don't know yet what a reason of it.

You can spam some stamina-costed ability, press block and at least test regen while blocking

I believe the word you are looking for is "infinite" my friend, not "instant".
