Pre-ordered but got no email....
So, I pre-ordered the Digital Collectors Upgrade and the money got taken out of my bank. Here is the issue, I have received no email confirming my purchase and it does not show up on my billing history. I contacted support but have not even received an automated email for my ticket. I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and/or got their email at all or updated Billing History.
