Pre-ordered but got no email....

Maintenance for the week of March 31:

• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EDT (22:00 UTC)

So, I pre-ordered the Digital Collectors Upgrade and the money got taken out of my bank. Here is the issue, I have received no email confirming my purchase and it does not show up on my billing history. I contacted support but have not even received an automated email for my ticket. I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and/or got their email at all or updated Billing History.

    It took a few minutes for mine to come, dont worry and have a look at your account page, it will be upgraded.

    Ok, thanks for the reply. It has been about 2 hours now since I made the purchase. I am not sure what is going on right now. Maybe the influx of pre-orders or just ZoS trying to process the amount of transactions for it.....

    I just hope it goes through soon.

    Asuming you purchased directly from Zos it should be updated already and an email sent.

    If you purchased from a 3rd party you need to talk with them as the third party is the one managing the transaction.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno in case he purchased directly from Zos can you find someone who can advise him. I expect things are busy in the department.

    There are many reasons I stay with ESO, one of them is the community who helps out when they can.

    Thanks everyone. I hope they can get this sorted out when they have the time. I don't want them to drop what they are doing to help me right away.

    But the fact that this happened is semi-annoying. And yes, I did buy it off the website store for ESO. That is the only place I will buy up stuff for ESO.

    Update; Still no email from support or confirmation email for purchase. I wonder what could be wrong...... Hope nothing serious happened. Also, no update to billing history.
