Access Code Issue

I'm really discouraged by the ongoing 'new hardware' access issue.

I have tried to be a returning gamer to ESO several times now, each time I am asked about the code, each time I am told an email is being sent at the game log in screen, and each time it never shows up. Then I am told I have to wait another 24 hours to request another code? And its not my PC or mail settings. Each time I then go into my account, it gives me the same prompt indicating a code is sent, and it sends the code just fine. I can use that code to log into my account. But that code doesn't work to log into the game. Why send me a code that lets me log into my account but not into the game? Then when I go to the online customer service / support feature to request help it is very difficult to find a place to send an email help request to.

Why are you all making this so hard?

I am a super busy professional who would like play ESO in the little downtime that I have. If I have to spend it trying to sort out this access code issue every time that I have to play, then when I cannot, have to wait a day to get a new code, while otherwise having my account credentials perfectly in line, that is a failure on your end. Stop making it so hard. I'm looking for some quick advise on this other that what shows in the support tool, as that is not the issue. The issue is that the access code for game accss is not coming at all. Without any other hints on this, I need to need to cancel the subscription I have kept paying you all for.

I hope you will accept customer feedback that your system here is the most frustrating of any game I have ever played.
