Housing Crafting Mats defaulting to "Provisioning" in Crafting Bag

Items such as Heartwood, Mundane Rune, Decorative Wax, Alchemical Resin, etc, are all in the "Provisioning" tab in the ESO+ Crafting Bag. Should these items default to Provisioning, or should they be sorted into Woodworking, Enchanting, and so forth?
