Godlike power, immortality, all the sex (willin or otherwise) his heart desires with people throwing themselves at him on a constant basis. WTF is the downside? Dealing with the other Princes? I can see why Mannimarco wanted the position so badly, sounds like a sweet gig really.
I don't feel bad, I'm outright jealous.

Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.

Thank you OP for this wonderful Thread However heroes can mean many things. For example When poor Gollum. BitFrodo Finger and fell down to lava unwillingly. Was it not Gollum. In Lord Of The Rings. Return of the Kings. Who is considered a hero. Since Frodo refused to destroy the One Ring?
So is the same for ESO. There are many heroes of Tamerial. All kinds. We are proud in what we do.
