I'm just curious if anyone else has items from quests that no longer exist.

I'm sure they do. People have old runes that no longer are used for enchanting as well.

AFAIK no quests have been removed. There are some items which are no longer obtainable but still in the game, Cyrodiil Mercenary Contracts are one of those.

Spoiled Food is found in Cyrodiil but mostly in Imperial City - where it is everywhere, if you pick random items from tables. It is not rare and it is certainly not worth 10k lol it's ment to be vendored for used for fun.

That was what I thought about it, but I thought Lyserus was actually making sales at 10k. I was about to go home and farm it in hopes I could afford the manor on release. Alas back to the current gold grind.

Not from quests, but with One Tamriel they seem to have eliminated the unique dolmen items such as this one:

I still have some of those.

I still have the lower tier filled soul gems (petty soul gems, common soul gems) ... which are merely collectibles at this point.

There was a quest in Vulkel Guard where you'd shake down various locals. The reward was an ornate greatsword called Mercenary's Coinblade. As far as I can remember, that quest is gone. There might be a few others that got cut as well, over the years, but I'm not certain.

I still have unique dolmen drops like the encasement of anguish (seducer armor without the shoulders) and abecean kings blade. I wish these would've been added to the set loot but they're just eye candy.

Spoiled Food is not all that rare outside of Cyrodiil, you just need to know where to look.

I will give you one, the Winery just outside of Belkarth has some on the roof deck. There are a few other places where you can find this, mostly those set up as abandoned places.

You can also get Mystery Meat from a Public Dungeon Quest in Deeshan.

Not quest items, but I have a few low level master weapons from the time when you could get them as end of campaign rewards.

They are worth a ton. I don't know if they eliminated them, or that it's just the player base that have matured and just grind their low level alts up , and go for dolmens with their maxed levelled chars to get cp160 set items.

I have Lire and Jaedi essense runes, which a rare runes that were taken out of the game from early start. I also have certain snowflake 3-item sets that used to be good and are useless now, and outlevelled. Old xivkyn style set items from WGT and ICP, that come in different styles today, such as Redguard and Maormer.

There is a quest in Shadownfen that always gives some trash items. Those are interesting.

Ah I did not know this. I think it's possible to get in City of Ash 2 also, but I am unsure... I don't remember it, since I haven't really explored that dungeon for a good year.
