I am having trouble deciding on a few things for my new character. I know i'm going to be a redguard stamina based class but I cant decide between stamina nightblade or a stamina sorc. Also I haven't decided between 2 handed and bow or dual wield and bow. I am mostly a solo pve player but do play pvp from time to time and plan on playing the endgame content. P.S I play on the Xbox EU server.

Redguard stam...very good options here. I have a redguard stamblade, and also a khajit stam sorc. Both classes are very viable...I guess it's just a matter of your play style. The stamblade has waaaaaaay more options because of the number of open class skills. The stam sorc doesn't have too many sorc stam attacks (which really should be addressed on some level or other).

Redguards benefit from melee attacks. So on a NB this is easy to take advantage of. However, it's also a challenge because they're a little (lot) squishy. Vipers Sting is a great redguard stamblade set to help reinforce the melee style. But on a redguard stamblade, pairing their melee passive with vipers sting with a dps monster helm with siphoning attacks and grim focus on the back bar would create a fun dps powerhouse. This is a ruthless sneak-then-destroy build. I like my redguard stamblade a lot...less sneaky but more sustain and resist than my khajit stamblade.

A melee stam sorc is very doable too. Hurricane (impending nerf) is a powerful aoe to run while playing up close and personal. Vipers sting would also make a vicious stam sorc, but my guy is pretty New and I'm trying a somewhat silly build. I've paired hunt leader with morkuldin. The silly sword is a pet, so its hits return health and stam. I run a clanfear for tanking sometimes...when those two are up my hunt leader makes me feel like I have infinite resources. I pair this with stormfist...like I said, silly build.

For weapons, remember that your redguard gets 3% stam back for melee attacks. This inclines them toward dual and 2h. However, I'd also level the bow for occasions where needed. Also, bows kinda suck for pve, imo.

As a final note, right now stam builds are a bit challenging for all super hard endgame content. If by pve you mean questing and world bosses and undaunted runs, both regular and vet, stam builds can be great. Solo pve like vmsa or the harder trials...I find them a bit frustrating, to be honest. But I love my stam toons.
