Master Resto Staff vs Maelstrom Resto Staff

I have question about master resto staff. I have both staffs but dont know if master staff have good support for stam chars. Does it give stamina for every use of healing springs or should players have %99 or less health to grant it? Also maelstrom staff gives more magicka sustain, what if i use maelstrom staff and throw shards with my extra magicka?

Couldnt decide which one should i use..

Master all the way. Also it doesn't need charging. Even if the icon is showing it still works. Maelstrom resto is trash.

I love my maelstrom resto. Returns magicka when Regen crits, and I always have Regen up on people to keep spell power cure popping, and since my healer has high critical chance I'm constantly getting magicka back. To each his own I guess.

I love my Master Resto on my mag sorc, prefer it way over Maelstrom Resto. I guess it depends what class you are

Depends on your content. Regen isn't something I'd ever bother popping in 90% of pve imo. Ritual and springs provide more than enough spc buffs and on all 6 targets over 2.

I use both since I have a master powered resto staff and a maelstrom powered resto staff. My Mag DK be healing 14k crit combat prayers (my BoL that's if people stay still).

MA resto is more of a solo/dps-secondary, and uglly IMO. Which is nice for me, some good excuses to not learn Maelstrom :')

I use both, unless I'm healer running else drain. Dual resto master front, maelstrom back. Allows me to run extremely low regen (1100) and still heal efficiently.

Master Resto is not for only Stam DD support . In trials , especially in certain fights , everyone will have to block time to time . Master staff is really good . Rapid Regeneration is also not working at all . At least it wasn't . So , you don't want to use it which makes Maelstrom Staff even more useless . It is good in solo (vMA) though .

Master Staff is the best for a healer in Trials. You can restore stamina to everyone while they are blocking, and help out the tank without any cooldown or need to hit synergies (although shards are still important). Healing Springs is also the primary heal in most Trials situations, so you will be casting it a lot. The increase to maximum magicka is also a plus.

Maelstrom Restoration Staff is a great back bar staff for any build back barring a restoration staff: a dual-restoration healer, a magicka dps, a tank. The magicka return is very useful in a great number of situations, but it is a more "selfish" staff than the Master Restoration Staff, as it only helps you.

Regeneration is getting a "fix" in update 13.

All I have right now is a Maelstrom Precise Resto and my magDK loves it for resource management.
