[BUG] Vendors don't sell furnishings with addons installed

HI there,

I just encountered a really strange bug. I wanted to test a bit more of the housing system with my EU main so I began playing the intro quest. At the point I should buy furnishing I walked to the vendor and saw....nothing. The window with sellings was just empty. I tried a few more with the same result (notice: only the fiurnishing vendors and achiev vendors). I swapped to a template char and got the same result. From another problem I remembered that the PTS doesn't like addons and (though they were DISABLED!) deleted the addon folder. Now it works like a charm.

@ZOS_GinaBruno You guys should take a look into this or else it's gonna raise some real frustration on launch day. All addons were disabled yet they affected the vendor windows and broke them!

Feel free to ask for further information if needed like an addon list or something.

Might be interesting to note which add-ons you had if it's not too long a list.

Just in case this goes live both ZOS and the add-on devs will know where to start looking for the issue.

It's a pretty long list so I would like to post it only if really needed by either side.

The thing that bothers me is that all were disabled (due to being outdated) and shouldn't affect the game anymore, right?

This also happens without addons, sometimes. It usually fixes itself after a relog. Not sure what's actually causing this.

Well, I reloged to my template and it was still there. After deleting the addon folder I've only done a /reloadui and no relog to get it working again.

Any add-on that provides filtering options for stores will cause this. The problem seems to be the lack of built-in filters at these shops.

Again, not a single addon was activated that day. They all were disabled due to being outdated. That way they shouldn't affect gameplay anymore since thats the meaning of disabled actually. So either there is a bug with the vendor UI in general and it was coincidence what I saw or addons weren't actually disabled despite being labeled so.

They've spoken about add-ons causing issues even when disabled before. I don't remember what the issue was now but they asked everyone to clear their add-ons folders even with the add-ons disabled.

I think it was on ESO Live it was said, so can't link to it.

Thanks for that info, must have missed that one. But then it's pretty obvious it's a problem on dev side with loading/disabling/... addons correctly. Anyway, this should be fixed for launch else there will be riots again I assume.
