Every CC is broken

In between constant crashing on the PTS, I tested out several different CC's.

• Frags
• Javelin
• Toppling Charge
• Dizzying Swing
• Meteor

CC's that have an animation will play the animation, but the target won't get CC'd. Would've done more thorough testing, but I was crashing so much that I just gave up. You might want to fix this before it hits live, and put the stun back on Blazing Spear, not a single person on these forums thinks it should've been removed in the first place.

This thread gave me faith into zos (irony). Before it I thought only templar CC broke this patch. I feel relieved.

I would've shown testing all the other abilities, that crash in the video was the 3rd one I'd had in 20 minutes, and I experienced 6 more after that. Slightly worrisome that this patch is going live in a week and a half.

This is what happens when you nerf Blazing Spear stun....

@ZOS_GinaBruno After further testing, Luminous shards (Spear shards morph) actually does stun and requires the target to break CC, but all the other CC's are still not working properly.
