Why can't I ride a horse in my own big garden?

Its outside, not inside the house. Especially the huge yards are going to be a PITA.

Why doesn't surplus siege fire?
Why doesn't the Cyrodiil wayshrine let you travel to homes?
Why are the item caps so low?
Why are the visitor caps so low?
Why are there invisible walls everywhere within the property even when you are far from the edge of the property?
Why did they just remove "Imperial Forge, Covered" from the crown store?
Why can't my merchant repair?
Why can't my banker access the guild bank?

These are all things that they actively removed. Forget adding new stuff. I want to know why they actively spend man-hours removing functionality.

We should be able to ride mounts anywhere in our home. It's our choice to make to an barn or not.

Seriously, we should be able to ride it outside the home and Internet barns and horse stalls. The larger locations could really use this.

Only reason we cannot is Zos coded the entire area as indoors. Should not be the case. @ZOS_GinaBruno please get some attention to this. Thx.

Can't forget all the Colovian furniture they removed last PTS update (leaving the Imperial homes with no native furniture style).

Because the HOA doesn't allow it as it will destroy the yard and lower your neighbors' property values.
