One possible fix is the shorten the duration dramatically...and make it 100% dodge chance. As far as length, the best option here, I believe, would be to make it last as long as the average shield does- ie Harness Magicka. I'm not saying 6s for 100% dodge chance...I'm saying however long the actual ward typically lasts in PRACTICE- in actual combat.
As for counterplay in PVP scenarios...you pretty much just made it. Numerous abilities were just made undodgeable. Status quo, there aren't any abilities that can bypass shields.
As for the current morph descriptions- keep them. Snare immunity/removal is currently the favored morph, and may very well remain that way. Elude, may actually have more use, given the fact that it's 100% dodge chance, and and extra second or two is pretty great.
Thoughts? Is this OP? Or would this put Stamina builds in a more competitive situation as far as survival in trials, etc?

In actual armors situations? No, as none of those buffs are bound to situation of worn 5 pieces of medium/light/heavy.100% Dodge, even for short duration? No, as, I as Stamblade can basicaly achieve, with roll, cloak, 20% Major Evasion, something between 60%-80% overall dodge. In addition, there are skills designed to by-pass dodge chance and dodge roll.
Problem is in whole idea of how it is supposed to work: dodge allows to avoid burst for short time (or part of it), while not providing all-time protection like point shiields, However "fake HP" last for 6 secs normally, and youre supposed to eat full damage inflicted (+lack of any kind mitigation on those), which sometimes isnt simply enough to survive.
One of posible solutions - make armor skills usable with 5 peices of this on character (like with waepon skill), then tweak them. In my personal opinion, there should be only NB able to use dodge buffs in any armor type, to make it "unique" class option.
About viability of Stamina in trials - dont wish much for it, coz it may end in moar nerfs of Magcika setups, according to "lowering the roofs" idea

Shields have mitigation from buffs and CP , minor and major protection affect shields also mist form 75 % dmg red affect shields ,Hardy elemental defender they all affect shields
