Will ZoS adjust the gold prices of the houses on the PTS before live?

I don't mean lower them I mean, adjust, the amount of money compared to how popular certain houses are.

I have seen a bunch of videos and most of them talk about the value of the house and how easy it is decorate or how convient it is to place things or how much decoratable space it has. There are some clear favourites.

In particular redgaurd, orc and Imperial houses are popular because they are very square. Making decorating easy. Breton houses tend to be Urban and a bit smaller than thier price suggests. Dumner and Altmer houses have destinctive architecture that can make decorating difficult but thier houses tend to be on the more expensive end. Then you have the round Bosmer and Argonian houses which can be troublesome, although at least they have lower price tags in general.

How were the prices determined in the first place?

My guess is that the prices are based primarily on size. If we had measurements for each house (all floors together, plus the outside space) I think it'd correlate pretty closely with the price. That's definitely the case with the purchased inn rooms.

But I think they also predicted that some styles would be more popular than the others. The argonian small home is cheaper than the bosmer one even though it's bigger. But most of that space is outside, the house is a mud hut and it's in a less useful location.

The most expensive small houses are the dunmer, imperial and redguard ones. The most expensive medium houses are the khajiit, orc and dunmer ones. And the most expensive large houses are the redguard, orc and khajiit ones. (I'm not counting the inn rooms or manors because there's only 3 of each.)

Are you asking Zos to increase the cost of some of the houses?

Where is the lol button when you need it.

    I'd have to disagree here.

Mathiisen Manor (the Altmer large home) is one of the largest homes in the game (right up there with the biggest large homes and manors), yet it's one of the cheapest houses in its category.

The Orc medium home is by far and away the largest medium home, yet it's not the most expensive.

The prices seem completely arbitrary to me.
