I think Purple jewellery can drop in overland sets if you are lucky enough.

Some of the sets used to drop in in gold from Trials. off hand, I remember Knightmare and Shadowdancer did, though I don't know if that's still true.
You can also get gold jewelry from The Golden vendor in Cyrodiil each weekend. Though what she offers is semi-random, and very expensive.

For the standard pieces, but does this hold true for the unique named pieces as well? I have only come across them in blue. The unique pieces come with different traits than the standard lot. The set I am looking at the jewelry comes in Health as it is the heavy armor set, but the unique rings are robust.

Didn't realize it until I just tested it. You can only carry and equip one of a particular unique item ate a time anyway. Suppose all that scrubs my idea...
