If you can get yourself worked up, over the changed subtitled on this scene, you need to shut down your internet connection.

Ever since the day after that movie came out, that scene has been used over and over and over and over for resubbing purposes, to make jokes. It is used for every possible scenario. I have seen them in relation to Danish politics regarding kindergarden opening hours !

I know German, and i still find it funny, when the subbing and timing is done well.

People have been making parodies of this video for years, but this is the first time I have ever seen people get offended by it. Just goes to show if something exists there is someone in the world mad about it.

I found it funny as hell personally - great job to whoever put it together.

But then again, I have a sense of humor, and don't get offended by EVERY little thing around me.

History is a brutal, painful, and sometimes unpleasant reminder of where we came from. Almost every nation has a period of history that they are not proud of. Put a helmet on and get over it.

What we need to focus on in society is the right now and how it will play out tomorrow, not what happened generations ago. History is there so we don't REPEAT our mistakes, not to be tied down by them.
