It is not funny.
For those who don't know:
The scene shows a real meeting in the last weeks of WWII in Europe. The Nazis force the Germans to fight the "final fight" against the allied forces, sending even children to their meaningless deaths in a war long lost and a country in ruins. *** thinks that if the Germans can't defeat the Allies, every German, every man, woman and baby needs to be wiped off the face of the world in the attempt. Who does not win, does not deserve to live.
With this background, the scene shows a meeting at the headquarters in Berlin. The Soviet forces have encircled Berlin, people everywhere are just trying to survive this utter madness of the "final fight". *** commands an army that has ceased to exist several weeks ago to break out of the circle and to turn the tables on the Soviets. When he is told that this attack didn't take place (because those men have all fallen in the feeble attempt to hold the line, outnumbered and without supplies) he goes nuts. Sending everyone from the room he suffers a mental breakdown, accusing his generals of betrayal. If only he would have had good and loyal commanders, *** tells them, the war would have been won long ago. He accuses them of incompetence and stupidity, blaming all of the high ranking German officers for the fail of his beautiful plans. (When in reality, he himself was lastly responsible for the murder of millions, including millions of his own people)
So to put it in perspective, this video is just as funny as a video undertitled with "Destro Ultimate by Wrobel" showing people jumping in terror out of the windows of the burning WTC, choosing this over burning to death.
