Feedback apreciation and overbuffing

First of all, I am very happy to see more interaction from the Devs while the active balancing is being made, agree or not with the changes, all the players should apreciate the effort. It will too help to understand the Devs decisions better, I want to think that ZOS has some kind of vision for class identity, gameplay and balance and sometimes some decisions aren't understood because the players don't know about the goals of the changes.

The last wave of changes seem mostly buff to some of the most needed clases and changes based on the feedback of the players, like undodgeable leap and such. This is very good, makes the players feel apreciated and shows that ZOS listen to us.

BUT there is danger in this: as the last example shows with the destro ultimate, we as players, are not allways right about our apreciation or prediction of changes. Players will allways complain and whine and sometimes will be better and explanation of the nerf than revert them. A well rounded product will be better than a Frankestein created to please everyone and balance is easely achieved as road to an objective than with random direction changes following the wind.

Another problem with buffing is the PVE side of the game. Really, PVE doesn't need any buf at all, more the other way. Healers overheal so much that any healing set is replaced with dps suport sets, tanks can sustain pretty well even with the block regeneration changes (I have to admit that i was wrong in my "saltiness") and DD, well, top end DD dish so much dps that is unreal this days. 10-20s kills on dungeon bosses are the norm, hm rakkat killed before the lunar cicle... Although, for this problem there is the "nuclear solution", change CP system to scale to15 or 10% intead of 25, so the lower performing classes can be buffed, the top performing can stay as they are (buff are allways more apreciated than nerfs)

Those are my 2 cents
