I can't enter the PTS server after the recent patch. Tried to use 'Repair', but no effect. Several attempts for relogging, no eff. Any suggestions?

I'm one of those TESO' addicts who entered the game at the 1st seconds of the 'early start' in 2014. From that very moment I have encountered some problems with the game (usually after ZOS patches), and never, i say NEVER the so called 'support' team helped me to resolve 'my' problem.... Though every time after awhile they mark my issues as 'resolved'...
Disappointed.
