Templar Reductions

I know there had been a lot of complaining and irritation by the nerfs in magplars. I understand ZoS thought process as in PvP all templars just spam Radiant Destruction constantly. Blazing spear stun loss also does hurt a bit since healers use it as a way mitigate their lack of healing and buff others. The only issue I have with it, is the fact that Pve magplars are going to be secluded out of the trial runs. Currently of all classes Magplars do considerably less dps than the other classes and their dependant on RD is high since jabs and other dots they put on do low damage and make the sustain pretty hard to do.

A fix for that I thought would be if ZoS would raise the amount of damage that their ranged spells could do or the amount of damage that jabs did per second. I would prefer a more ranged approach because as of now literally no one uses their ranged spells that much except to put a dot on with vampire bane. Boosting the dawns wraith tree( ie... eclipse or solar barrage or the other morph) would greatly improve the use of a templar being more of a ranged character than its more melee heavy use minus the Radiant oppression.

Thank you.

I do agree that Templar needs to be better ranged DPS. Right now, all stamina builds are melee and even magicka DK and Templar are melee. With the way Trials have mechanics that punish "stack and burn" style of play (and rightly so, it is boring), the game needs to move away from so many class builds (6 of 8!) needing to be melee to do good DPS.
