Ok no one likes the change to RD or Blazing spear. Here is a suggestion that might work.
Radiant destruction - just make it an instant cast execute with the same damage it did for one tic but change the execute range starting at 35%
Blazing spear - make it an AOE root and put the time back to 6 seconds.

But with jesus beam best solution would be reducing range.0
