He's the healer Tamriel deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hurt his tank. Because he can heal them to full. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful rejuvinator. A Cloaked Healer.

    I'd argue that it's not my responsibility. I fulfilled my obligation of reporting it, if it comes to live, I shall use it

    Ugh. That's just not helpful. Reproducing bugs in complex systems is a huge time-sink. If you don't want it to make it to live, why not provide useful details?

    For all we know, raid environment could mean that you already exceeded your maximum number of particle effects, so any subsequent ones become invisible to provide some baseline performance, which is not a bug.
