PTS invisible enemies in cyrodiil!

Happened to me atleast 5 times now involving npc's and players!
They are not in cloak or sneak, but you can't see/hit them! only thing that works is aoe's but it doesnt reveal them!
I know this has happened to others, needs a fix!

Someone close to a flag spammed force pulse on a player but I couldn't see the person either.
