You refuse to implement balance changes with minor patches. Zos is chasing it's own tail and its all their own fault. Make minor adjustments and skill changes at a consistant rate and listen to the community and leave the big updates for content.
This won't solve all their issues but it is alot better than 'let's change everyone at once and start all over again'
