Suggestion(s) for Homestead

When it comes to the most important thing at-least in my opinion the DPS dummies, I'd love to see them customize-able. I want to be able to throw armor on them (it will become cosmetic and will not influence the dummies stats in anyway) so it can look like my own character for stand in statues.
I want to be trials and acquire a skin that can morph the DPS into that monster (as stated it will not influence the values of the dummy). This would be a drop that if possible could be a bound on use drop or it could be in a box so for example "The Warriors polymorph", as soon as I open the box it'll become bound to my account. I think it'll be cool for it to extend to all dungeon/trial bosses.

I want to be able to display my weapons and armor in a mid evil fashion. I would also like to have certain constant features like always night or always morning.

Seeing that craglorn is also a possible place to stay, I feel it'll be cool to incorporate some of craglorns mysteriousness whether it be floating bridges or glowing pillars of power.

I really want a dungeon feature similar to that of runescape where I can build it below my owned area where PvP would always be on and it would also allow me to add monsters,etc.

I know some of these are most likely too difficult to implement into the game due to it being an older engine thus not having the capabilities as a more up to date system but I thought I would give it a shot.

While I may not agree with your ideas, I do like the direction of some of your thoughts...

I would like to see a setting that the home owner (only) could set that would allow/not allow both Dueling and pvp...

As you point out, many folks are interested in the Target Dummy, why not allow the addition of a "Motif" that would change the style of the dummy to reflect the race and perhaps the arms.

I would also like to see a dummy chest that could be used to practice Lock picking.

I also like the idea of being able to buy an "Add on" delve that could be added to a property, perhaps of a minimum size, that could be populated with Monster Shaped target dummies (so no xp for killing one, no treasure and no damage or wear)

As a crafter, I would also like to see a way to add weapons and armors together to make a wall display or one of those suits of armor used to decorate those movie castles...
