New debuffs?

According to the patch notes:

- Created a new debuff category, Minor Magickasteal. This is a debuff applied to enemies that restores a flat value of Magicka to the attacker every second (400 Magicka every second at CP160).

- Minor Lifesteal: This category is now a debuff applied to enemies instead of a buff applied to allies. It now restores a flat value of Health to the attacker every second (600 Health every second at CP160).

Why do we not have a new debuff category, Minor Stamina Drain that is a debuff applied to the enemy that restores a flat value of stamina to the attacker every second?

As it stands, the only ways stamina player can get back stam (other than heavy attacks) is by running with a templar (excluding monster sets). Any class/build has access to casting orbs for magicka regen, and there are multiple skills across classes and destro staff that offer a method for magicka return.

    Probably because they didnt add a new way for magicka to regen but instead nerfed sustain...

    You still have Orbs and Equilibrium (which all classes/builds have access to) separate from the minor magic steal. And the minor magic steal can be applied using both a desto and resto staff.

    Aside from running a master resto staff, there is no class independent method of getting back stamina!

    It is about nerfing sustain to decrease overall PvE damage output.
    I didn't choose tank life, tank life chose me.

    It's a nerf to ele drain. Be careful what you wish for. They would probably just change repentance to give minor stamina steal and remove the other effects.

    Lol buy yet you have sets like VO which give you high damage AND sustain, you have shards and repentance for raids qhich literallu make sustain a non issue...on live currently only certain magicka classes have sustain issues...stam is always fine

    Don't worry. Stamina RIP. You don't need a stam steal cause you won't be running stam in competitive group content!

    Sarcasm aside, stamina characters have plenty of options of sustain already.
