Alliance-Locked Decorations Must Go!

There is only one item I have access to which appears to be unavoidably alliance-locked, the Dominion Hero Shield. I am also a hero of the Ebonheart Pact and the Daggerfall Covenant. I did All The Things, solved all the problems, they love me and I love them. Just because I happen to "fight for" the Aldmeri Dominion doesn't mean I'm any less of a hero to those alliances! I would love to see this item available outside Cyrodiil, or at least not bind on pickup so we can trade them around. I can wear the colors, the title, even the armor of the other two factions, I don't see why I can't hang their shields in my house!
