Templars can get magick back in at least 4 separate ways while blocking with an ice staff, channeled focus, desert rose/warlock other sets, constitution passive, equilibrium.
Besides they only need to block on the staff bar until their stam regens then they can switch back to blocking on their s&b bar if they wishPS4 EU CP900. PS4 NA CP600,

It just killed my two sharpened vMA Ice Staffs. Good thing I have more sharpened Fire and Lightning than I have alts. I have 10 alts.
