I Think I Need to Understand how the Future Gardening System Will Work Before Settling on a House(s)

It was mentioned in an interview (last question at the bottom if the page), that there are plans for a future gardening system for player housing. I look at the houses' courtyards and try and imagine where the gardening system might be eventually. I don't what to spend X amount of gold on a place only to find out later I should have bought a different place because of the gardening options.

For right now, I think I might hold off on picking a house until I know a little more about what's going to happen with the future gardening system. How about you, would knowing at least a few details about the upcoming gardening system impact your housing choice at all?

More than likely, any house with an exterior area will be capable of gardening. It won't be the decider of my choice, however, as I am indifferent to a gardening feature.

I'm just wondering if in the future, larger houses will give options for more farming/gardening or if the gardening system will be a separate system and the size of your house won't matter at all. It would be nice to know if the size of your house will eventually limit the gardening you can do.
