housing achievements

first i have to say, i really like the housing on the pts!

but WHY zos makes achievements that you have to buy all houses ...
for achievement hunters is that really annoying, i want every achievement 1 time in the game but dont want buy ALL houses ...

please remove the achievements where you have to buy all the houses, i dont want waste all my gold just for achievements and im sure noone would use all houses, thats useless! if you have 1-3 houses you have anyway enough to do!

There is also no need to go and catch all the rare fish - but if you want to get all the achievements, you will have to.

People should be rewarded for doing difficult things in the game - and amassing that amount of gold is quite an accomplishment! Some might say that you've... achieved... something.

I disagree, this is a staple of achievement hunting. I'm just glad that instead of it being a TRULY massive grind-fest like other MMO's it's a more reasonable grind fest.

I don't have a lot of gold (~140k on Live currently) ... but I still agree with the above statement.
