That would be Jester's Day on the 28th of Rain's Hand. Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.0 -

✭✭✭Apparently they ignored my suggestion for a February @Abeille Ice Princess Festival.
I did not foresee this role becoming a tank.
Remember how I (and apparently others) accidentally had the New Life Festival occur for us at random one evening? If this happens to me again I will realize what's occurring and explore and take notes rather than just 2 screenshots to prove to myself in the morning I hadn't gone insane.1 -

It looks like another anniversary cake thing was datamined, so it's maybe not the same. Unless it was the old one - it looked very similar.

Yeah... it seems like something that should have been in the patch notes. Unless they're not including it on PTS so that it's a surprise? seems like a bad idea. Maybe it'll be in an incremental PTS update. Unless it's really small - like one of the decorations being a request for help from the morag tong or something...PS4 - EU
