No.... DK has eruption/ash cloud very few people use it. Why.... it does little damage.

Everything done to stop zergs ends up being a zerg tool.
It's more likely this will be yet another tool for zergs to capitalise on, just like all the previous attempts to combat zergs have turned into weapons for them to use against small groups.

it's gunna be tricky for a zerg to use due to being a target based AoE, point blank is how ball groups work

There haven't been any ball groups in literally months, I don't know what a 5-meter AoE is going to do. Even proxy bombers aren't hitting as many people anymore because folks are spread slightly farther out on average. "Ball groups" are the biggest non-issue of PvP. The only remaining problem is the incentive to sending multiple raids to the same objective. Beyond that, "ball groups" are a thing of the past.
