Hurricane just got nerfed 20% on damage / sec on average? o.0

Why on earth would you put effort in nerfing Hurricane which is a weaksauce skill (1000-1500 damage / sec) on it's own by 20%?
It used to be a weaksauce utility skill for Crit Surge in PvE and a useful Night Blade searchlight in PvP, now it still is?
What's the point... It could have used a buff instead of a nerf?

Why not give the nerfed Hurricane an extra like 4x CC reflection like DK's have reflective scales, finally something unique for StamSorcs an it would fit with the theme of the Hurricane skill.

This would be a decent compensation imo...

i think it's since hurricane scales well which kinda ramped up damage quite well but they over nerfed it

it's not the damage, it's that you can make a mile wide girth pulling out of stealth not only nightblades but anything in your Path, that is horrible for PvP.
nothing should be this powerfull, nothing should pull us out of stealth like that, [only bosses can do that]

The ability is powerful because of it's range and that it can proc implosion while providing the defensive buffs. So I'm fine with a nerf, though I would have preferred see the ability to proc implosion removed instead.
