Please excuse me if I'm not posting this right. It's my first forum post/question.
I've started the Dark Brotherhood DLC and have reached the quest "Contract Kvatch." I've identified my <target>, and his name is "Elethir." I've waited and searched in the area where he's supposed to show up. I've waited over a whole in-game day/night cycle and then some, but he just doesn't show up. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a quest bug? Or is it something I'm missing altogether?
Any and all help is appreciated.

Resfeber✭✭✭That sounds like a bug. He should be walking around with a hand-print hanging over his head. In most cases you can just drop the quest and retake it at the quest starter. Sounds like you just started the quest and it's better than waiting another day. ✭✭✭✭✭DB Targets don't always show up immediately. A Rezone, or even a relog can usually sort this. Also, the NPCs are typically on a schedule to walk a path. It can help to find that path as being near the path can trigger them to show up. Of course the path is not apparent, but it is in the circle area on your map.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

But none of the targets show up! Wait wait wait wait wait....... But nothing. I can't go any further in the DB DLC without this quest!0

I'm sorry I didn't get back here sooner. It was your original answer, albeit add about 15 dropped quests/re-quests and it finally worked. I'm soooo new to this forum thing that I was a little too hasty when it came to the "Did this answer the question?" part of the forum. I marked "No" for everyone... Sorry LOL.
