Any of my utterly psychotic Epic Level bard builds in D&D 3.5. People mock them, but if you know what you're doing, they're one of the most hilariously broken classes in that game.

Wait... ESO? Oh... probably by Vampiric Bosmer Nightblade. Her damage is utter garbage, her survivability would improve if she were made out of wet paper. But, I can go anywhere on her. She moves faster in stealth than out of it. Shadow Cloak may not last long, but I have gotten very good at using it. Her detection radius is so small, she can often slip past enemies in delves and dungeons without resorting to cloaking. Flat out, her mobility is downright terrifying.

    My stam sorcerer build:

5x TBS, 5x OV (of which 3 jewels) impenetrable, medium and stamina enchantement (weapon ench. on jewels)
2 Ashen Grip sharpened daggers with weapon enchantment and vMA sharpened bow

All gold and (except for bow and VO) in Dark Brotherhood motif.

Why? Because I created this build to farm vMA weapons and have since achieved Flawless Conquerer with it !

My main, a Dragonknight healer. She gets comments, but has converted most of the unbelievers who have run with her. One of our tanks, originally wary of Dragonknight healers after trying to build one himself, now specifically requests her for veteran dungeon runs.

In veteran Trials she is usually full dedicated buff-healer (except for the upstairs boss in Hel Ra where typically she also helps interrupts with Deep Breath and Crushing Shock), while in dungeons she contributes quite a bit of AoE damage during trash mobs.

She is very much a "Swiss Army Knife" of skills and even gear, adjusting to the group as needed. I am currently working on adding a Maelstrom Arena version to her list of build options as well, collecting the gear I will need for that.

I have eight characters, but she is and always will be my favorite.

Hey I want to try DK build as well, so how do you heal in group dungeons? Just vigor? Or do you use resto?

    @akl77
In this game for healing, you need to use magicka, so she uses a restoration staff on one bar for healing (Rapid Regeneration, Healing Springs, and Healing Ward are her three big healing skills) and a destruction staff on the other bar for debuffs including Elemental Drain. Igneous Shield is a must, for Major Mending.

In Trials, typically the other healer uses Combat Prayer while my DK buffs the group with Igneous Weapons (we don't often have another Dragonknight to cast it sadly), although I do recommend having Combat Prayer leveled and available if needed. It's a great skill.

For very add-heavy fights, Deep Breath is my own self-heal if I get surrounded, and I can typically bring myself from 10% health to full with that single button in the occasional emergency. For boss fights without adds I don't have to worry, our tanks are very good, and I can heal through the rest.
Why be normal when you can be better?

    Elissandra Ravenwing, Magicka Dragonknight Healer
    Lady Kalila, Stamina Templar DPS
    Stands-in-Danger, Nightblade Saptank
    Zalarah, Stamina Dragonknight DPS

Obviously it's my DPS-Heal-Tank Magplar. Haha.

Really, it's just a DPS but I can spam out a BoL over 20k, and each of my resistances is over 30k so I'm plenty tankish. I can't test my DPS (console) but I know that pokey sticks hits unbuffed for a minimum of 21k in 1.1 and with about 50% crit, Entropy, and the Templar passives I think it could do around 40k. I've seen Radiant Oppression tick as high as 54k so I think assuming my DPS to be around 30k is fair. Oh, and I didn't want to but putting Velidreth and poisons on my Magplar (sword & board, destro) threw an extra 10k+ damage every 9 seconds too because, hey, why not?

And I also use Vicious Death which has a tool tip north of 19k. When all is said and done I can turn a Zerg into a donut really quick. Also, who needs impen? Not me. 25,000 PVP kills without it. F a meta.

    PVE

5 Julianos, 4 on destro bar
    2 VD
    2 Velidreth
    3 Willpower

    PVP

5 Julianos, 4 on destro bar
    5 VD
    2 Velidreth

All magic skill points, all magic and spell power enchants.

    Bar 1: Sword and Board

Harness Magicka (A non-blazing shield Templar? Crazy talk!)
    Radiant Oppression
    Pokey Sticks
    Structured Entropy
    Inner Light
Shatter Soul Ult (If I kill someone in a Zerg with this, it causes a chain reaction with VD and often Velidreth. If not RO generally finishes the fight.)

    Bar 2: Destro

    Breath of Life
Templar Circle Thing (The weakness of my build is recovery. Standing in this raises my recovery from a paltry 785 or so up over 1200. I've never had much of an issue with recovery because I heavy attack with my staff a lot, but this is more than enough for me.)
Mist Form (75% damage reduction and it breaks roots! People talk about crit resist, but you can hit me with a 10k attack that should crit to 15k and mist form turns it into a tickle.)
    Entropy
Retreating Manuevers (or variable for a dungeon)
Destro Ult: I'm probably gonna change this back to Meteor to be honest. All it does is give me Cyrodiil beer muscles.

This is not a good 1 on 1 build unless you have an Ult ready. In a big battle though ... there is no reason you can't get an insane amount of kills. You're basically roving artillery. If you got a friend that's a tank, it's a wrap. There is no one, Emps included, that this build can't kill.

My proudest character is the first one I made. I never liked magic characters so he was a Breton Stamina NB who sat below vet level for ever as my master crafter because he was useless (Breton + Stamina = I didn't know what I was doing).

He is now reborn as a magic NB who can hold his own alongside the rest of my characters and never runs out of magic.

Stam Sorc, cause he's so versatile.

Dungeons? TBS + Agility + Viper
The fact that as a pure dps, I'm able to take on some final bosses if the tank is slacking and not just be picked off easily says a lot about him all the while putting out incredible damage. Even with that still too shook to try ICP again after I got completely eaten alive back when I was just reaching CP 160. It'll get even better once I get in a trials guild and get my VO armor and jewelry.

PVP? You don't wanna know. Haha

I try different characters and builds -- frequently -- but I always come back to my Dunmer vampire magblade.

I just love the speed and utility of the build, and he looks badass. Especially in his newly acquired Silencer robes from the DB DLC.

Since I've really learned to play the class, and upgraded his armor (all glyphed purple, Julianos/Mother Sorrow) he hits like a truck. Perhaps not like the stam builds these days, but his heals are awesome and I RP him a bit as a soul stealing vampire.

Then there is the speed...outrunning most mounts whilst in stealth then popping into mist for the effect. Best farming build I have used.

He is, without a doubt, my funnest to play and explore.

I have even started dueling and with great success...a magblade's utility is great and if you can kite the high crit siphons and blades work well.

The quickest way to shut up an elitist is to group with them, listen to their nonsense and then proceed to stack enemy corpses by the dozen. Eventually most will come to realize that there might be other options than what they saw on YouTube.

Dude asked me about my VD build tonight, my response was, I'll teach you as long as you're willing to forget everything you think you know about PVP in ESO starting with impen being mandatory.

My proudest build is my Khajit NB,

He started off as a meta build running velidreth, viper, and has evolved from that to something that requires more skill than proc sets,

He is still evolving and will soon be running around in vicecannon, skoria and something else, i havent decided yet...

the thing is i dont want to be a meta build anymore, i want more, more of a challenge.... with viper, veli and cleaver alchemist you can basically oneshot anyone... the procsets do the rest, where is the skill in that.

I want a build that requires skill and am working on that build now..

My pvp build (mainly skill rotation) which has been developed out of necessity over the course of 2 years. On paper it's very uninspiring (which is why I'm not going to share it), nothing nobody knows about, but I know how to use it and have had plenty of success with it. The way I play it does take people by surprise and it's flexible for different types of play; I can duel with it, solo or zerg surf with it without swapping many skills out, but its downfall is it's predictable once learnt and easily countered. Because I'm so familiar with it I can tell when opponents are predicting my actions and change up my rotation enough to take them by surprise again. It's not infallible though, there are builds that will completely hard counter it (*cough* s&b stamplar with shuffle) but they are in the minority :)
