    If it gives some sort of combat advantage other than making it hard to focus, sure.

    It's only logical. If leaping out of the way to dodge costs Stamina, and running costs Stamina, then surely Jumping, which is another strenuous physical action, should cost Stamina.

    While we're at it, let's make proc sets deplete an amount of stamina equal to the damage dealt.
    The generally amicable yet sporadically salty magplar that may or may not have 1vXed you in Sotha Sil. Who knows?

    I would also like to see a stamine cost for swimming. And an encumbrance penalty for same, from "its harder to swim in soggy robes"up to "sink like a stone if you jump into the water wearing full plate mail".

    And then...
    ...and athleticism skill line where you can spend skill points to reduce these costs - sprinting, jumping, swimming. And maybe some other passives...

    I kinda wish that was the actual mechanic. Didnt heavy attacks do that in Skyrim? Shouldve made it that way in ESO and just found some other method of restoring your resources.

    Gives you a moment to catch your breath? *shrugs* I don't know either.

    As a healer, it's a little annoying to have players hopping about madly. I don't know where this idea that you have to keep moving all the time has come from (probably PvP bleed over) but, it just makes things harder, not easier.

    Sure, why not... And while they're at it, might as well add one for walking as well. It's only realistic. Hell, the bar even regenerates unrealistically fast. Why don't they just make us have to log off for the day so that our stamina can regenerate after walking all the way to the next town over? -_-

    Since we're on the topic of adding another hindrance that affects stamina classes (even though I see more magicka mainly sorcs doing this) then let's make it so shields cannot be stacked but their duration can return to 20 seconds or w/e it was before.
