What is ZOS stance on thread necroing?

Pretty much what the subject says. What are the rules? IMHO, if a subject is relevant, its ok to necro a thread. Also, if its Guild threads, it seems ok since many guilds/people take breaks.

If it's relevant it's ok but outdated info is not .

I've seen mods closer 'Draugr' threads several times.

    As I understand it:
    • Don't necro solely to "bump"
    • Don't necro outdated stuff
So if it's something that's still relevant (such as a player suggestion for future content, or a lore discussion), and you have something relevant to add, then it should be okay. But if it's outdated (such as a discussion on current game systems or balance, bugs, or other issues, any of which may have changed), or you just want to pull it back to the front page, that wouldn't be allowed.
