Problem with join to game

Hi. I have problem with game ESO.
When I choose my character i got Error "ESO HAS STOP WORKING" I think my PC meets requirements.
I have graphic card Nvidia GTS-450 1GB RAM, Win 7 32 bit, 4 GB RAM DDR2 and Processor Intel Core 2 duo E7200.
Yesterday i log in to game, create champion and i could play 2 or 3 minuts, then i got crash "ESO HAS STOP WORKING".
Today i uninstall game and reinstall Graphic card drivers, Microsoft visual studio and Net framework, Nothing help me. Please contact with me. Cheers.
