Effects of Siege.

I'm tying to figure out some of the mechanics of seige equipment, for the most part I have what I need except one. I can't figure out how much of an effect Lightning Ballistas have on damaging a players magika. Does anyone know how much this siege drains a players magika when they are hit?

I believe it's 5,000 magicka.
