The title says it all, why is this hat not dyeable?

Its a christmas hat, and I can't even colour it red, I dislike this )=



How can I be the christmas vampire without a red christmas hat? Please, see to this fix!

We also want to call out that the hats, while not currently dyeable, will be dyeable (the fabric area, not the fur) when Update 13 launches in February.

The convenient ability to dye the hats will be available in the utility section for 2000 crowns. With this applied to one item you are able to dye it 5 times before the ability expires.

Or you can win the unlimited version in the crown crate.
