Don't get me wrong I enjoy doing dungeonsand the like, but I do enjoy crafting and gather mortis etc etc. Are there any guilds looking for in house master crafter?

Just want to be sure you know what the symbiosis of having a in house crafter is. While I help people by crafting their gear I would expect to be helped in getting motifs I don't currently have which in turn helps people in the guild get the armor they want.
