I have and don't like it. It's the proc sets that I don't like and monster helms I like the simple crafted set with skill pvp.

Your idea would cause bwb to be the same though. People don't get that gear for bwb as often since they will out level it. If they did what you suggested it would be identical to the rest of cyrodil servers.

So by trying to make the server you like easier to stay in, you would actually be turning into the other servers.

No proc sets fair pvp more based on skill I can kill a lvl 49 at lvl 10 it's just more skill base pvp

Last time when I played in non vet the 5th bonus of the sets it worked. Did ZoS change that?

Not hard at all to farm viper on any level.

This is just a really bad idea. Not sure that 1 is more skilled than the other either. As I am sure there are plenty new players there as well. Need to leave bwb alone and let it be used for what it was created for.

And not turn it into a place full of level 49 with all gold top tier gear.

Btw now with how scaling works a low level can easily do dungeons providing they have the correct gear.

It's meant for new players to have fun and gain experience in pvp not for people with lots of experience to go and dominate everyone if you gold out armor in Bwb you are a giant Dbtc. That said sure it could be fun and hard to manage resources with no cp and at level 24 would be hard fights but don't kid yourselves that a low level can't get viper or that a level 45 wouldnt have a distinct advantage over a level 20.

Sorry to resurrect and old thread! I love BWB and have some great friends from that campaign and the many guilds there, although the no xp idea sounds good at first it would end up causing imbalance part of the fun of BWB is rerolling toons yeah its sad when your toons vet but it happens! There are still proc sets in BWB but like @Adenoma said they usually hit for 1k-2k as they have bad traits on the gear etc. On the whole BWB is a lot more balanced PVP and the community is a lot nicer there. I would seriously reccomend everyone to give it a try
