Where to fish for Fish Boon Angler?

For the New Life Festival, where do you fish for the achievement? Can they be caught from any fishing hole?

You get sent to fishing sites as part of the Argonian quest. You only need one of each fish for the quest, but 5 of each to earn the Fish Boon achievement.
And to any and all Creeps, this was posted in the PTS category, where players presumably knew the answer before the official opening of New Life Festival.
