missing crate content?

The day crown crates released I purchased alot of them. The only two decent items I received from them (black mane lion mount and club loon pet) did not show up in my collection. After submitting a ticket and 3 emails later zos finally partially answered my question but has yet too do anything too fix this. Too be more clear they said I did not receive the mount but did say I got the pet. While I know what I got as I watched the cards carefully they said they would get back too me. That was last week. My question is has anyone HONESTLY had this issue of missing content from crates or other purchases?

    Hate too say it but its a good idea. If i was lying wouldn't I claim something better? And aside from that I don't care so much about the content. I have 7 or so mounts and 9 or so pets of which I use 2 mounts and maybe 2 or 3 of the pets. The issue is I'm not getting content I paid for and the lack of support. The last email basically said they where sending the issue too higher UPS and I would be contacted with a fix. That has yet too happen.

    Something i did notice and I have seen others mentioning was some gems stones not getting added. I think in total I'm around 20 short. Not a biggie in the grand scheme of things, but how controversial these crates are and how much real money one could spend, I find the entire thing unacceptable. It should work 100% or be pulled until it does so. Many would rightly argue that forking out for these things are a blatant rip off in the first place without the added factor of not receiving items you did win. As for actual items, I received everything i should have.

    I'm not surprised you've run into a brick wall, ZoS are just taking the same stance most gaming companies take, they assume their system for spotting errors and the likes is infallible when it's been proven many times in the past that the methods used by publishers/devs/manufacturers are anything but infallible. It was the same with MS and banning people from LIVE, they were never wrong, the system they had in place was 100% foolproof, thus anyone affected had zero recourse, but yeah, that was soon debunked and MS were forced to eat humble pie by a BBC investigation.

    It's the same with some of the poor quality of the items. Elf ears clip through the wizard hats. For the premium they're asking for these items, the least they should do is make sure they don't have terrible clipping issues. Not wore the wizard hats because the ear clipping looks terrible.

    Regardless of what you think of the crown crates, not receiving won items isn't what anyone signed up for. Nor is it anything to do with the gambling side of things. It's *** poor implementation if the OP is indeed telling the truth. It's akin to buying something in the crown store and not receiving it, subbing and not receiving your crowns and so on.

    Sadly I played the gamble but every card flip was a reward that I either turned into gems or that I still have.

    I think in the way this works and also how new it is. I expect bugs so each set I checked and hemmed before proceeding if I got something other than potions or gems.

    In your situation, You can continue to go back and forth but hopefully they have some digital records. If not....good luck.

    Prob best not to mess with them anymore and if you're on pc using add-ons.....I'd disable before gamble

    So it's not just me! I'm missing a tiara and an Argonian neck-thingy. I put in a request for help and have yet to hear anything. I really want that tiara! But how do you prove it actually came out of the crate when you don't have a receipt or something? Or an email stating "This is what you won". I'm not optimistic. Plus the Khajiit stripes don't work at all. :(

    Goodness knows this hasn't been an ongoing issue for them for years on Xbox or anything...
    (We actually have one guild member who receives his Crowns regularly but can't use any of the DLC, also. He has been fighting the ticket system for at least a week.)

    Sadly, I can't say that I am surprised things aren't showing up. The gamble crates pick semi-random items to give you, so they are not hard coded to show up in your inventory/collections after you click the button. ZOS has been having issues with everything not hard coded like that, at least on Xbox. Another reason I won't fork over anything for the crates. I don't trust the odds or the coding.

    Where was BBC when I got permabanned lol. My old gt got suspended while playing skyrim and m$ wouldn't give me a straight answer as too why.good too know about though.

    My mind cannot wrap itself around this. I am laughing because this is so bad. Not about people getting scammed out of what the actually should have. But at how they could have possibly made this even worse than expected lol. No. If people are actually getting an item on a card and then it is not showing up in their collection, you got a problem. If people are not getting the legit correct amount of gems they should have, you got a problem. You cannot possibly be sitting there going, no our product is 100% fine and you guys are liars. Come on now. You know as much as we do how often things don't work as intended.

    Don't get me wrong, I am still not a fan of them. But the absolute least that could happen is that they actually DO work as intended.

    This is why the lack of state regulation is bad. There should be a permanent account ledger of everything you won for each crate, working as a facsimile for reporting your earnings. It reduces liability and fraud on both ends.

    But they'll dump money into presentation then claim the accountability protocol is what's cutting into their profits...

    So after a week of waiting on support I finally sent them a message saying I was taking the issue too m$. And what do you know a quick response,and not what I wanted too hear of course. 7500 crowns worth of crates 2 missing items and this was there response

    Well the best part is. One service rep said they saw I had the chub loon pet, and forwarded my issue. They later came back and said I got neither the pet nor mount,when I mentioned the previous support member saying I had the pet they claimed they where looking at the wrong account and now refuse too help me in any way. Zos is a dirty thieving company who cares nothing for its community/customers. Only the money they spend. And I hate them more than any company ive ever came across.

    I got a reply about my missing items, finally. They told me they can not replace items that have been lost or deconstructed and asked which character wore the item last. Sigh... So I wrote back and told them they're not reading the issue.

    And then I got Zachariach. He apologized and thanked me for my patience and then told me where to find the Azure Circlet I was missing (I'm an idiot apparently) but didn't mention the Argonian thing. He said he'd reply personally if I needed more help so we'll see what happens but this seems to be the best dude there.

    Unfortunately one good employee doesn't do much good for the company or its customers. Glad too hear your getting your stuff back though. Or at least some of it.

    Ok so now some other dude replied and asked me for the exact name of the Argonian thing I'm missing so now I have to go to the crown store and hope the thing is still there for me to exactly name. This is dragging on way too long now.

    Dont expect any help from zos. There systems and employees are infallible, Oh except the ones I dealt with and likely the ones your dealing with. They don't care as they already have your money. Again I go back too the issue of being told by one support member saying they saw my accoount having the pet,then having another zos employee telling me they where looking at the wrong account.smh in disgust. Tired of there tactics used too rip us off.
